Account Statements |
Diners Club statements will make managing your business's general expenses a whole lot easier. Statements have been designed to effectively manage total travel and entertainment spending by combining all your company's expenditure, both Diners Club Card and MasterCard® Card transactions, for the month into one clear and concise statement.
GST is calculated and listed separately on each statement to enable ease of processing. This will introduce cost savings into your business through a reduction in time spent analysing and cross-referencing employee expenses.
Diners Club also offers each cardholder a statement that contains detailed descriptions of all charges made on the card, with all charges then grouped by expense type. Our statements easily empower your employees with the ability to quickly analyse their monthly statement.
Each statement features:
Record of Charges
The Record of Charges component of the statement is an itemised list of current charges and adjustments against the company account number and enables you to easily identify items such as fees.
Member Summary
You are able to keep a close watch on employee expenditure, as the statement includes a Member Summary that lists the monthly expenditure totals for each cardholder in your business.
Account Summary
Our Account Summary provides you with a convenient overview of your business account at a glance.
