Diners Club is committed to help customers find you, starting with our online Merchant Finder. Cardmembers can search for all businesses that accept Diners Club Cards in Australia by visiting merchant.dinersclub.com.au or downloading our Merchant Finder App for free at iTunes, Android or Blackberry Stores.

Point of Sale support
Diners Club Cardmembers actively look for businesses that welcome their card. We can help you to display your Diners Club affiliation with a professional range of complimentary point of sale material that will help attract more Diners Club Members to your door.

Make sure that a Diners Club decal is displayed near the register or on the front door and take advantage of a range of other branded collateral that will identify your Diners Club acceptance to potential customers.

Authorisations
Diners Club appreciates that delays in authorisations can be both time consuming and costly. That's why we offer our Merchants fast authorisations via an automated authorisation system that operates 24 hours a day.

Cards are accepted on all major electronic terminals and you will experience fast and accurate authorisations when you become a Diners Club Merchant.

Remember that you must call for an authorisation when completing a manual charge that is over your floor limit. For authorisation call 1800 331 112.

Fraud Alerts
You can help us reduce fraudulent and counterfeit card abuse by keeping in mind the points listed below:
1. Is the card valid? A card can be used from the first day of the VALID month to the last day of the THRU month.
2. Is the person using the card the actual card member?
3. Does the card look altered or of low quality? All print should be clear with clean edges.
4. Is the Unique Embossed Character present?
5. Check that the Diners Club International hologram is on the back of the card.
6. Check that the signature on the back of the card matches the signature on the transaction slip and that all other card details match those printed on the receipt - such as the card number.
7. Do not divulge or display your floor limit.
