ATM Access |
There's no need to carry large amounts of cash when you travel, at home or overseas.
You can use your Diners Club Personal Card or World MasterCard Card and their single PIN to obtain cash using your card at ATM terminals around the world.
The Diners Club network now includes over 800,000 ATM's and cash access locations in more than 185 countries and territories across major international business and leisure destinations. Simply look for the Diners Club International or PULSE2 logo on ATMs globally.
Plus if you opt to add a World MasterCard Card to your account you will also have access to a further 1.9 million ATM’s.

Over the counter cash advances are also available from selected hotels when travelling overseas. And don't forget that you can earn Reward points on all cash withdrawals3.

Setting-up ATM Access |
A valid ATM PIN is required to enable ATM access on your account. To apply for your single ATM PIN which can be used for both your Diners Club Card and World MasterCard Card complete and return this form or call Diners Club Customer Service on 1300 360 060.
You will also be able to use this ATM PIN to authorise a transaction, rather than signing a receipt, at participating stores in Australia. |

Merchant Finder
Now we're making it even easier to use your Diners Club Card in Australia with our new Merchant Finder.
Search a list of local restaurants, your closest department store or the address of that second-hand bookshop on the edge of town. You can now find all businesses across Australia that accept your Diners Club Card.
The Merchant Finder allows you to search by category, business name or location. You can receive information on the business including, phone number, website and address. It even includes a map to show you how to get there.
Suggest a Merchant
If there is somewhere you would like to use your card, but can't, let us know with our Suggest a Merchant option. Our dedicated Merchant Team can follow up with the business on your behalf. It's just another way we are here to help.
MasterCard Acceptance
If you opt to add a World MasterCard Card to your account you will have the opportunity to earn more Reward points than ever before.
Your World MasterCard Card allows you to enjoy the convenience of acceptance at over 33 million locations online and in over 210 countries. So make sure you carry both cards with you at all times to maximise your Reward points balance.
