*You must be a member of Diners Club Rewards program to be eligible to earn Diners Club Reward points. Business Card members are automatically enrolled in the Diners Club Rewards program. The offer of 5,000 Reward points is upon first use of the Card before 31 December 2008. Diners Club Reward points are earned, allocated, redeemed, forfeited or cancelled by Reward Members in accordance with the Diners Club Rewards Terms and Conditions. 
 ^An annual Card fee of $95 applies to one Card or an annual Card fee of $80 for 2 or more Cards in subsequent years. Diners Club Rewards Membership Fee of $77 applies to the account in subsequent years if points pooling is chosen. If individual rewards points earned is chosen, a Diners Club Rewards Membership fee of $77 is applied to each card member in subsequent years.
