^ An annual Card fee of $95 applies to one Card or an annual Card fee of $80 per Card for 2 or more Cards.
+ Transaction authorisation may require proof of sufficient resources.

* You must be a member of Diners Club Rewards program to be eligible to earn Diners Club Reward
points. Business Card members are automatically enrolled in  the Diners Club Rewards program.
Diners Club Rewards Membership Fee of $77 applies to the account if points pooling is chosen. If individual
rewards points earn is chosen, a Diners Club Rewards Membership fee of $77 is applied to each card holder.
