Corporate Travel System

The Diners Club Corporate Travel System (CTS) is a simple and effective card-less program for corporate airline, accommodation and automotive hire needs.

Itineraries are booked through the company's designated Authorised Travel Agency¹, for all authorised travelers and charged to a CTS account.  This enables you to consolidate multiple travel invoices for multiple travelers on one single account.  CTS provides your organisation with the flexibility of catering to employees, consultants and contractors working on specific projects without the need to provide them with an actual Corporate Card.

Features include 

• Enhanced data - enhanced data is captured by the Travel Management Company at the time of booking and matched by Diners to a transaction charge.  Typically enhanced data will include Employee ID, Cost Centre and Trip requisition number.
• Management Information Reporting - Diners Club customers will have the benefit of daily management information via online reporting or data feed that can be manipulated,  The enhanced information detailed within this reporting will assist budget analysis and control, reduce processing time and provide greater efficiencies in the allocation and approval of charges.
• ATO Compliant Statements - The product statements have been approved by the ATO as GST compliant and can be used as a substitute for a tax invoice, allowing you to maximise Input Tax Credits.
