Disputed Charges
On checking your monthly statement any queried charge must be advised immediately to Diners Club by phone, fax or post.
Our Customer Service Team will work with you to resolve your dispute fairly and quickly.
By isolating a disputed charge on your next statement and allocating a special reference number for easy tracking, you will not have to pay the amount in question until the dispute is fully investigated and resolved.
A member whose disputed charges are proven to be valid will incur a fee.
