Redeeming Points

As a Diners Club Rewards member, you can redeem your points as often as you like for a reward that suits you.

Redeeming for your rewards is simple. There are three easy ways to redeem:

1. Online
View your points balance and redeem online through the Diners Club Online Transaction Summary 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. By phone
Call the Diners Club Rewards Centre on 1300 360 060, between Monday and Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

3. By mail or fax
Complete the Diners Club Rewards Claim Form and mail to GPO Box 5403, Sydney NSW 2001 or fax to 1300 667 060.

Please note – only the main cardholder and authorised persons may redeem Diners Club Reward points. To authorise someone to redeem on your behalf, please complete and return the Authority to Access Account Information form*.
