You can help us reduce fraudulent and counterfeit card abuse by keeping in mind the points listed below. 1. Is the card valid? A card can be used from the first day of the VALID month to the last day of the THRU month. 2. Is the person using the card the actual card member? 3. Does the card look altered or of low quality? All print should be clear with clean edges. 4. Does the card have a security code? Is the Unique Embossed Character present? 5. Check that the Diners Club International hologram is on the back of the card. 6. Check that the signature on the back of the card matches the signature on the transaction slip and that all other card details match those printed on the receipt - such as the card number. 7. Do not divulge or display your floor limit.
If you are ever suspicious of a customer's behavior, or the quality of their card, ring the authorisation number on 1800 33 11 12 and quote CODE 10 at the start of the call.
